The Laurentian Ski Museum is a non-profit organization which offers a unique historical venue highlighting the central role the Laurentians played in the establishment of skiing in all of North America. The Museum will be open for visitors the day of the banquet between 11a.m. and 4p.m. at 30 rue Filion in Saint Sauveur, just behind the Church to the left.

During the Induction Banquet we will also award the annual Jacques G. Hébert prize to a young person who has shown meritorious performance both in sport and school.

Tickets are $125 each and include a dinner, taxes and services, the Awards Ceremony, a tax deductible (60.00$) contribution to the Museum and a Silent Auction. Please find additional information on the attached reservation form.

Spice crusted Grilled beef flank streak, with a Lyonnaise veal reduction, served with potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Or

Sweet and sour glazed cedar planked Atlantic salmon, two lemon « vierge » sauce, served with long-grain herbed rice and market-fresh vegetables

Or

Chickpea and spinach Parmigiana, black olive and capre Napolitana sauce, and long grain rice seasonal vegetables

Dessert

Cake strip–chocolate / Coffee or tea
